Looptopia Is Tonight In ChicagoLooptopia is in a matter of hours! Chicago’s overnight cultural festival is tonight, despite the rain. This is the second year where indoor and outdoor cultural events will be going on, from comedy and improv to performance art. The details are available on the official Looptopia Web site and this Looptopia guide on the Chicago Tribune’s Web site. This year the event organizers will be distributing wristbands for those who plan to be out all night. I am assuming this is for crowd control, read
Not Lookin GoodFor performing in Looptopia tonight that is! I'm supposed to be a part of a traveling band of musicians wandering the streets of the loop. But several of us are electrified in various ways and I'm not sure what the rain contingency is, if any. Hmm. read

My Perrilloux Theories
Ryan Perrilloux is out. Is it just me, or does it seem like Miles knows something we all don’t? Think about it. What if Miles figured out that even though they lack experience, he saw enough talent between the two QBs to decide that he could finally act as if Perrilloux wasn’t the key cog in the LSU machine? Miles is a strange guy, but he isn’t without a sense of the game. He’ll probably take losses at Auburn and Florida, but he’s coming off of a National Championship season (albeit a rather read
BREAKING NEWS: Perrilloux bootedOne Troubled QB Free To RoamOne Troubled QB Free To Roam Posted by Dave as College Football, LSU Tigers at 10:36 AM EDT on May 2nd, 2008 There’s been the lingering question of if Ryan Perrilloux would be the starting QB for LSU this season, and I think that question may have just been answered. Perriloux, who’s most notorious for failing out of classes and having run-ins with the law, has been dismissed from the team. Perrilloux, who had been suspended three times in his college career, “didn’t fulfill his obligati read
Geauxing So Soon, Perrilloux?QUARTERBACK WHO SAID HE’D WIN “FOUR HEISMANS” IS OUT AT LSU FITSNews - May 2, 2008 - The defending national champions … er, the defending winners of some corporate-sponsored, anti-competitive algorithm game … have abruptly dismissed sophomore quarterback Ryan Perrilloux, according to USA Today. Perrilloux, who famously said during his high school career that he would win “four Heisman trophys,” showed flashes of brilliance at LSU but was relegated to backing up starter Matt Flynn for most o read
Les Miles Finally Has Had Enough: Perrilloux GoneI was rather critical of Les Miles earlier in the month for his less than harsh punishment(s) of star quarterback Ryan Perrilloux. But today, Miles finally had enough and kicked the blue chip quarterback off the team for good. On one hand I applaud Miles, but on the other, I wonder what the heck took him so long to do this? From the beginning we all knew that Perrilloux was no saint. Let’s look at some of the trouble he has been in while being at LSU: 1. Late 2006 - Perrilloux was questioned read
