For most of Monday's DNC program, delegates and observers casually streamed in and out of the main hall to chat or pick up drinks. As a result, enterprising journalists could sneak into unoccupied seats. But when Sen. Edward Kennedy took the stage, the food stands emptied out, and the stadium was filled to the rafters.
