As I sit here this morning drink a cup of coffee, relaxing, watching the 1939 version of “Gunga Din”, Miss Kitty is curled up sleeping in the chair beside me. She snores! Or whatever the kitty equivalent of snoring is, she does it. It’s kind of strange, a series of soft little whines, hoots and snuffles. She has one paw draped across her face, and a more tranquil scene I cannot imagine, at least where a cat is involved. read
