But that was about 10 percent less than expected by the forecasters at the Colorado Basin River Forecast Center (CBRFC) in Salt Lake City and by the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), managers of the Taylor and Aspinall Unit Reservoirs (largest read2008 Beijing Olympics flag bearers and country order

Questions Still To Be Answered About John Edwards Affair
Mickey Kaus writes: 2) Obvious question: Why visit Hunter in the early morning hours if he does "not love her" and is not her child’s father? … But I think the question is actually even more difficult to answer than that. …Look again at the Enquirer’s photo of Edwards holding a baby in front of the Hilton’s telltale drapes. Edwards is wearing a sweaty blue t-shirt. But the Enquirer reported that on the night they ambushed him, he was at least initially wearing a "blue dress shirt." Read more of her biography and see photo’s below. I could have gone the rest of my life happily thinking John Edwards biggest character defect was his penchant for expensive haircuts. In the continued effort to get this project that started last Thursday out the door. I will soon be taking the mastered files I got late last night into my studio to be slicing and dicing them up into the individual songs. When a mastering person has so many versions of the same song to do, I gotta imagine they’d find a way to do them all in an efficient manner. Like lining them up in a row and doing a pass into one file. Then to save the slicing and dicing time, they put it back on the client. readDaytime Talk Shows - August 8, 2008

The Olympics start today. Actually they start right now, at 8:08pm Beijing time. A number of times this week we've heard people on NBC say that the network will be broadcasting the opening ceremony live (TVNewser reports that MSNBC is saying the ceremonies begin at 7:30pm tonight). Why NBC chose to delay the broadcast twelve hours, and cede the power of an actual live show to just about everyone else on the planet is unclear (currently Today is talking about the arrest of the Detroit mayor).
