OK, it was only a character, but Sophia was one of the best defined women on television of my youth. I wish I had a grammy like her (well, maybe not). Estelle Getty died today at the ripe old age of 84 - she had many extra curtain calls. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making me truly laugh.
